Auto Auction Car Shipping (Copart, IAAI, Manheim, ADESA)

Auction wins are time-sensitive. We secure the right truck fast—with the right gear for in-op/salvage or enclosed for high-value units—so you beat storage deadlines without surprises.

What We Need to Start

  • Auction name & address • Lot # and VIN • Gate pass/release
  • Operability status (runs/drives? steers? brakes?)
  • Special notes: no keys, flat tires, locked steering, low clearance, loose parts

Operable vs. In-Op/Salvage

  • Operable: standard open carrier rates; enclosed on request
  • In-Op/Salvage: winch or forklift required; note body damage, frame, or missing wheels

H2: Storage & Deadlines
Yards charge daily storage after a grace period. We schedule against those windows so you don’t pay more than you must.

Delivery Expectations

  • Driver completes BOL with photos at pickup and delivery
  • You (or your release contact) should inspect and sign on delivery
  • Claims (if needed) are filed with the carrier listed on your dispatch

FAQ

  • Can you pick up without keys? Yes, but disclose it—extra time/equipment may be required.
  • Do you ship non-rolling units? Yes, if the yard allows forklift loading and the carrier accepts.
  • Enclosed from auction? Yes—recommended for exotics, classics, and fresh paint.
